Greg "The Crust" Henderson takes pizza delivery far too seriously. Tonight's order is on the ninth floor of Mammon Tower - a corporate Hell-skyscraper run by a middle-management demon of greed who is working late and is far too petty to come down to the lobby.
The front door has locked behind him. The elevator is, of course, out of order.
Greg is optimistic about this. Greg has a gun.
NOT A PORT. BUILT FOR THE THUMB. CRUST is a hardcore action roguelike designed for a phone from the first frame. Portrait, one hand, no compromises borrowed from a console version that doesn't exist. Auto-fire handles the shooting, so where you stand is the whole game.
ONE PURCHASE. THAT'S IT. CRUST is free to download. There is exactly one thing to buy, and it unlocks the whole game - no currency packs, no battle pass, no subscription. No ads. No energy timers. No account, no sign-in. You cannot buy your way out of a death. Plays fully offline - on a plane, underground, anywhere.
NINE FLOORS OF CORPORATE HELL Procedurally built floors, so no two climbs are the same. Over a hundred passive items that stack into builds which break the game in your favour. Weapons scavenged from the worst job in the world. Bosses with real patterns worth learning.
WHAT'S IN THE TOWER - Nine floors, each with its own hazards, enemies and boss - 100+ passive items: mutations that graft onto Greg and visibly change him - A full weapon roster, from a starter sidearm to things that should not be legal - Permadeath. Runs are short. The mistakes are yours. - A van you rebuild between runs - upgrades and cosmetics you actually earn - Pixel art and full voice acting, because Greg has opinions
HARDCORE MEANS HARDCORE The difficulty does not scale down because you are on a phone. That would defeat the point. You will die on floor three, learn something, and go again.
Cash, check, or face-melting. Just like the manual says.
JOIN THE CREW ON DISCORD CRUST is made by one developer, and the Discord is where it gets changed. Join to: - Report bugs and balance problems straight to the developer - Argue about which floor is unfair (it is floor three) - Design items and rate everyone else's - every month the winning design is built into the game with your name on it - Read every patch note and devlog first Join: https://discord.gg/vwvUGkre93
